It’s opening day 2025 for the Phillies, but I am still in Clearwater FL! – one last breakfast at Lenny’s

A lot of us in the Philadelphia area were not aware how bad the hurricane impacted this area of Clearwater specifically and including up and around the Phillies home in the spring here in Clearwater and the surrounding area. The stadium was flooded badly, and an army of employees had to be hired to repair it a lot of which did not make the press by the way and in the area around Lenny, the hotels were used by FEMA to house the displaced residence who could not return to their dwellings for many months. These two storms were devastating to this area, and of course in the Philadelphia area not a lot of us knew about it unless we had local relatives right down in the city. I spoke to my waitress this morning as I wanted to stay over one more day in this town to check out the area cause I love it and also to have a breakfast at Lenny‘s the home for great Philly fans since around 1980.

I did a ton of video work here in Clearwater and around Florida for my trip this year to the MLB spring training season so I am literally still getting to stories that I have and that I have not posted here so stay with the blog and like and subscribe us on Facebook and now on Instagram, and the YouTube page to check out the different storage that I report and write on here on the block and in my other areas of multimedia.

Thanks for reading and thanks for staying with me for almost 20 years. Next year’s gonna be 20 years. I’ve been steadily podcasting for the Phillies Talk Podcast… which again is the longest running independent shows and one of the first for that matter that was independent that talks about the Philadelphia Phillies !! Since 2006 or so.
